National Account Executive
About Leap
Leap is building the world’s largest network of branded retail stores - powered by data, systems, and scale.
Our platform enables modern brands to launch and operate physical stores that work in concert with ecommerce - faster, smarter, and with significantly less risk. We bring brands to life through immersive, high-performing retail experiences, backed by data-driven operations.
We’re not experimenting - we’ve already powered 100+ stores for some of the most exciting brands in the country, and we’re accelerating.
At Leap, people are at the core of the product. Our team spans Real Estate, Store Development, Retail Operations, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data Science - all working together to build something uniquely powerful in the market.
We’re building the next generation of retail infrastructure - and the team that will define it.
About the Role
We’re building a world-class sales organization.
This is not a plug-and-play sales role. This is an opportunity to help define how Leap goes to market, who we partner with, and how we win.
As a National Account Executive, you will be on the front lines of our growth - sourcing, developing, and closing partnerships with the most exciting consumer brands in the market. You’ll own deals end-to-end, from first conversation through signed contract, and play a key role in shaping how our platform evolves.
You’ll work across teams - real estate, marketing, finance, operations - and be dropped into high-stakes conversations with founders, executives, and decision-makers at top brands.
The early team will shape everything: the playbook, the culture, and the outcomes.
If that excites you, keep reading.
