About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and people-first Retail Performance Manager to lead a portfolio of Frankies Bikinis boutiques powered by the Leap Platform. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced multi-unit retail leader who is passionate about developing exceptional leaders, driving profitable growth, and delivering outstanding customer experiences across multiple markets.

As the leader of your region, you will be accountable for the overall performance of your portfolio by developing Store Managers, strengthening leadership capability, and translating brand strategy into commercial results. Through regular market visits, virtual coaching, and cross-functional partnership, you will empower leaders to build high-performing teams, elevate customer experiences, and drive sustained business growth.

This hybrid role combines strategic business leadership with hands-on market support, requiring strong commercial acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for developing people.

Annual Pay Range: $XX – $XX
Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications. This position is bonus eligible.


What You'll Do
Drive Regional Business Performance

  • Own the overall performance of your portfolio, driving sales growth, profitability, and long-term business success across multiple locations.
  • Partner with Store Managers to translate business objectives into actionable strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Analyze business trends and key performance metrics to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and optimize performance across the region.
  • Coach leaders to think strategically about their business, empowering them to make informed decisions that improve sales, customer engagement, and profitability.
Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience
  • Partner with store leaders to cultivate customer experiences that reflect each brand's identity while strengthening loyalty and long-term customer relationships.
  • Partner with Store Managers to execute elevated visual merchandising standards, ensuring every boutique reflects the Frankies Bikinis brand aesthetic while optimizing product storytelling, customer engagement, and commercial performance. 
  • Leverage customer insights and business trends to identify opportunities that improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Champion a customer-first culture where hospitality, product expertise, and personalized service are consistently delivered across every location.
Develop & Inspire Leaders
  • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing Store Managers and emerging leaders through consistent feedback, leadership development, and performance coaching.
  • Build leadership bench strength through succession planning, thoughtful hiring, and ongoing talent development.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning where leaders are empowered to grow their teams and business.
  • Lead through influence, helping leaders navigate change while creating alignment around business priorities and customer experience.
Build Brand & Market Partnerships
  • Build trusted partnerships with brand teams, Store Managers, and cross-functional partners to align on business priorities and support long-term growth.
  • Support market expansion, new store openings, community activations, and regional initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Share business insights and best practices that elevate performance across the portfolio while fostering collaboration between brands and internal teams.
Lead Operational Excellence
  • Empower Store Managers to consistently execute operational standards that support exceptional customer experiences and business performance.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and implement scalable solutions across the region.
  • Ensure leaders have the tools, resources, and support needed to confidently execute new initiatives while adapting to evolving business priorities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
  • Regional Business Performance: Drives sales growth, profitability, and commercial performance across all assigned locations.
  • Customer Experience & Brand Loyalty: Partners with leaders to deliver exceptional customer experiences through elevated service, compelling visual merchandising, and consistent brand presentation that strengthen loyalty, brand affinity, and long-term business growth.
  • Leadership & Talent Development: Develops high-performing leaders through coaching, succession planning, engagement, and talent retention.
  • Brand & Market Growth: Strengthens brand partnerships while supporting successful market expansion, community activations, and new store openings.
  • Operational Excellence: Builds operationally strong teams by developing leaders who consistently execute brand standards and scalable business practices.


Position Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive multi-unit retail leadership experience with accountability for business performance, leadership development, and operational excellence.
  • Proven success developing high-performing Store Managers while leading remote and in-market retail teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities, and translate insights into commercial strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and develop leaders while building leadership bench strength and succession plans.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with experience partnering across cross-functional teams and brand partners.
  • Strong visual merchandising expertise with experience coaching teams to execute elevated brand standards and merchandising strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive commercial results. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead through change, solve complex business challenges, and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Hybrid role requiring a strong in-store presence within assigned markets, both virtually and in person, as business needs require.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to support stores, leadership development, market initiatives, activations, and new store openings.
  • Ability to travel domestically for leadership meetings, training, and business initiatives as needed.
  • Ability to actively support stores in the field, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
