Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Part-Time Sales Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a passion for luxury fashion and a proven track record in retail sales and management. This role is crucial in supporting the store manager, leading our sales team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining high standards of customer service, and creating a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead by example on the sales floor, inspiring and motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales goals.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure every customer receives a personalized, luxurious, and memorable shopping experience. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and grace.

  • Team Management: Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching sales associates. Provide constructive feedback and support to help the team grow and succeed.

  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and beautifully merchandised at all times.

  • Merchandising: Maintain the visual standards of the boutique, ensuring products are displayed attractively and in line with brand guidelines.

  • Reporting: Assist the store manager with sales reporting, analyzing performance data, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Compliance: Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed, including those related to safety, security, and loss prevention.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a luxury or specialty retail environment.

  • A genuine passion for fashion, especially swimwear, and a strong understanding of current trends.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a professional demeanor.

  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
