Mission for the position

As Leap's Marketing & Communications Manager (B2B) you’ll work closely with Business Development, Growth, Account Management, Creative Services, Growth Marketing and our CEOs to create, tell and share Leap's story across a variety of channels to attract growing modern brands to our Platform.  You’ll have a small budget and creative freedom to build marketing programs across both paid and unpaid channels. Working closely with graphic designers and growth marketing (to buy/optimize media) you'll be responsible for creating, deploying and tracking a full 360 B2B marketing plan to attract and entice modern brands to our Platform. As part of the 360 plan you'll be in charge of creating and copywriting content in short form and longer form, to bring to life Leap’s mission, vision, products, features and capabilities.  Key to success will be creating full plans that generate leads by creating landing pages, whitepapers, blog posts, Leap's Instagram, B2B focused CRM emails, case studies as well as smartly actiavating paid ads (i.e. Linkedin), trade shows and sponsorships.  


Our ideal candidate has:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing ideally attracting DTC soft good brands (i.e. fashion, beauty, home goods etc)
  • 3-5 experience in creating marketing content (i.e. managing a blog and creating case studies)
  • Experience with Hubspot highly preferred
  • A proven track record of building, optimizing and tracking 360 plans with ongoing pilots as well as KPI reporting
  • Experience in building measurable marketing plans that drive B2B leads (sign ups, etc)
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills 
  • A portfolio that highlights your writing skills and ability to simplify the complex
  • Understanding of the omnichannel retail landscape and DTC brands
  • Ability to proactively manage time, prioritize and be a self starter
  • A proven track record of working cross-functionally across an organization


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage B2B marketing and create 360 plans inclusive of paid and owned channels to build the awareness of the Leap brand with focus to the bottom of funnel metrics (sign ups, warm leads etc)
  • Write engaging, compelling copy for a variety of B2B marketing touchpoints inclusive of blogs, case studies, corporate website, presentation decks, email newsletters, sponsorships and ads.
  • Own the strategy and content behind Leap's Linkedin page, Blog (Medium Page), Website landing page.
  • Partner with graphic designer to design B2B marketing assets
  • Partner with Growth Marketing team to buy paid ads and promote B2B marketing content to drive leads (i.e. Linkedin, paid social)
  • Own the B2B Positioning by collaborating with Brand Management, Product and Growth teams to understand objectives, new features and capabilites and other proof points to turn into content.
  • Report on B2B marketing campaigns, activations and pilots highlighting KPIs and learnings to influence future plans.
