Mission for the position
As Leap's Marketing & Communications Manager (B2B) you’ll work closely with Business Development, Growth, Account Management, Creative Services, Growth Marketing and our CEOs to create, tell and share Leap's story across a variety of channels to attract growing modern brands to our Platform. You’ll have a small budget and creative freedom to build marketing programs across both paid and unpaid channels. Working closely with graphic designers and growth marketing (to buy/optimize media) you'll be responsible for creating, deploying and tracking a full 360 B2B marketing plan to attract and entice modern brands to our Platform. As part of the 360 plan you'll be in charge of creating and copywriting content in short form and longer form, to bring to life Leap’s mission, vision, products, features and capabilities. Key to success will be creating full plans that generate leads by creating landing pages, whitepapers, blog posts, Leap's Instagram, B2B focused CRM emails, case studies as well as smartly actiavating paid ads (i.e. Linkedin), trade shows and sponsorships.
