We are currently looking to bring on a  dynamic Sales Specialist that will assist in elevating customer experience and brand exposure. You will be a leader in all things sales related; driving revenue and increasing AOV  increase AOV through expertise and partnership with our brands. The Sales Specialist  will be a  ‘face of the brand' and is responsible for technical knowledge of product, product training and education for other Leap Associates.

Sales Specialist Profile:

  • Possess strong retail math and analytical skills.
  • Confident sales leader with the ability to gain the trust and support of your peers .
  • Clear communication style which will allow you to strategize with the brand, Area Managers and key stakeholders directly.
  • Positive and clear outlook outlook regarding revenue objectives, brand awareness and product knowledge
  • Proven track record of client/customer relationship management 
  • 2+ years of experience within retail with concentrated focus on apparel, accessories and luxury goods

Sales Specialist Objectives:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive overall sales for the brand
  • Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding existing client sales to meet or exceed individual sales goals
  • Strategically develop plan in partnership with leadership to support overall Local Business Development Plan
  • Demonstrate expertise in customer base by having knowledge of top customers
  • Coordinate special orders, reserves and product movement between stores to deliver to customer requests
  • Reinforce shortage awareness and adherence to SOP as it relates to the overall profitability of the area
  • Educate and train Sales Associates on the technical aspects of the products (construction, fabrication, design, etc.)
  • Use the Monthly Recap Form to provide feedback to corporate buying office and vendor regarding specific needs, opportunities, sizing and customer requests to target future growth
