The Retail Recruiting Manager role is a unique opportunity to work directly with our VP, Retail Operations and Retail Operations team to create a scalable retail hiring program spanning across multiple brands of tomorrow – leaders among the latest generation of high growth consumer brands, with killer value propositions and passionate fans. Reporting directly to our VP of Retail Operations, you will develop the retail hiring process to empower our Field Leaders to hire the best talent in our existing stores and New Store Openings. You will work with partners to ensure we are strategically pipelining and sourcing the right candidates. In leveraging your existing retail network, you will be responsible for finding great candidates though direct outreach and networking to fill Field Team roles, including Store and Regional Leaders.

Hiring Process: Strategize and partner with VP, Retail Operations to create process geared toward empowering our Store Leaders to source, effectively interview, and staff our stores proactively to build the best team in retail.
Talent Pipelining: Lead recruiting efforts to build a proactive pipeline of candidates for
our existing and upcoming markets utilizing personal network and outreach.
Talent Tracking: Strategize and partner with our VP, Retail Operations to implement talent tracking to ensure involved parties are aware of hiring needs to allow time to source the best candidates.
