Mission for the position:
The Growth Marketing Manager will work in partnership with the VP of Brand Management, Store Managers and our Founders in creating marketing plans to lift performance/productivity of brands on the Leap platform and tackling key initiatives to help establish the Leap brand as the authority & leader in Retail-as-a-Service. To do so, the Growth Marketing Manager will build and manage local, national and regional marketing campaigns to help drive traffic (to stores & online) for our brand partners as well as assist in the development and management of programming pertaining to Leap B2B brand building, including local & national PR, events, digital and other strategies.
