Mission for the position
As Product Manager, you'll be part of the original Leap product team. You'll help define our product management practices, showing us how you discover, prioritize, and ship new platform capabilities in close collaboration with engineers, product managers, and other internal and external (i.e. customer) stakeholders. You know that scaling up a technology operation means being organized and focused, and helping our teams to do that too.
You'll build a magical and valuable experience for Leap brands and customers.
You'll ensure that our products work for our employees–the hard-working passionate people who interact with our brands and customers every day. That includes our front-line sales associates and store managers, who rely on those tools to create exceptional customer experiences.
You'll work closely with executives, business colleagues, designers, and engineers to ensure our products and processes are simple and scalable. And don't worry, we know that great product design centers around humans, so you'll ensure our products are usable. You'll listen to our customers, you'll listen to our partners, and we'll listen to you.
The Leap Platform
The key to scaling Leap is our platform. You'll methodically design, build, and improve on the that platform. We need clear, stable, reproducible processes and data flows. It's worth spending our time to make internal processes robust and automated, so our teams can focus on growing and improving our business.
