Made to Measure Specialist: Ledbury Menswear

Ledbury is looking for a Made to Measure Specialist to join our inaugural team in NYC and manage the Made to Measure and Bespoke business in our new store opening in the West Village. The Made to Measure Specialist plays an integral role in curating the foundation for our brick and mortar business and acting as liaison between our brand and our customers. Being the face of Ledbury, this role will have an immediate and direct impact on the success of the business and brand awareness in our home market. You not only provide an exceptional shopping experience but treat their store with a sense of pride and ownership and take initiative in leading the best teams. We maintain the standard of seeking the highest-quality employees to deliver the vibe and spirit of the brand effortlessly.


What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for full cycle clientelling including appointment booking, execution, inputting of orders, second fitting follow-up, and alterations
  • Through consultation you build a detailed understanding of customer requirements
  • By appointment you assist with the selection of fabrics sourced from historic Italian mills
  • Lead the customer throughout the initial measurement and fitting and make adjustments as required
  • Assist with selection of options including buttons, pocket style, pant pleats and cuffs
  • Building relationships with clients and maintaining regular contact
  • Responsible for entering and tracking all orders
  • Collaborate with Store Manager and sales team in generating referral traffic to support the business
  • Stay up to date on the industry by attending training's and seminars
  • Drive brand awareness by hosting and attending pop-up shop’s and networking events


Who You Are

  • 2 – 3 years of Made to Measure or Bespoke experience
  • Strong computer skills with high proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and clientelling skills
  • Strong follow through skills and attention to detail
  • A passion for men's tailoring
  • A strong attention to detail
  • A deep understanding of the technical construction of suits
  • Exceptional knowledge of fabrics
  • A natural approach to impeccable customer service
