At Leap, the Growth Ops Manager will play a key role in the ongoing development and commercialization of the Growth function. Reporting to one of our two Co-founders & Co-CEOs, this individual will create, implement and support the ongoing management of key workflows, systems and analysis to empower cross functional teams while creating day to day efficiency. Successful candidates will be analytical with business acumen, and detail-driven with excellent problem-solving skills. You will be the first full-time Growth Operations person on the team and will work alongside other talented team members - serving as a key thought and execution partner to function leads including Real Estate and BD and learning what it takes to be a data-driven Growth Hacker.
This is an ideal role for a generalist with strong overall business acumen and solid teamwork, analytical and project management skills who enjoys working on cross-functional teams and projects as the company grows. The candidate will have a rock-solid background in data and sales and marketing operations, including experience extracting and manipulating data, leveraging advanced Excel (or Google Sheets) features for data analysis, and producing digestible business intelligence and actionable information. After 12-18 months, the individual in this role will have gained strong working knowledge and will have built strong rapport with colleagues across the company and, as a result, will have the opportunity for further specialization and advancement as the company grows (if desired).
Ideal location for this role is New York, working from home and/or our NYC office.
