Store Manager: Dick's Sporting Goods (pop up)
About the Partnership:
This boutique is a strategic collaboration between the Leap Platform and Dick’s Sporting Goods, designed to bring a curated selection of their most premium private labels to a boutique setting. This location will execute three distinct brand takeovers: Walter Hagen (May–June), CALIA (July–August), and a premium Back-to-School lifestyle assortment (Sept–Oct).
About the Role
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Store Manager for our pop-up powered by the Leap Platform, located in the East Hamptons from May 2026 - November 2026.

As a local market expert, you will leverage community partnerships, events, and networking opportunities to drive traffic, deepen customer relationships, and expand brand awareness, while partnering with neighboring stores to execute impactful in-store activations.
Operational excellence is central to this role. You will ensure brand standards are upheld across visual merchandising, cleanliness, inventory management, and shipment processing, while confidently managing daily operations including scheduling, payroll, and opening/closing procedures in a fast-paced environment.
